Grace Fabrics International regrets to inform all international customers that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for online orders placed from outside the country. However, we strive to provide you with all the necessary information to ensure your confidence when placing your order.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Any product purchased from Grace Fabrics online store can be exchanged online only, provided it is unused and still has the original label and tag attached. This policy applies to local orders only.

● You are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered the wrong item to you or if the item you received is faulty or damaged.

● The exchange policy is only valid within 7 days after the delivery of the goods.

● Our company does not have a refund policy.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

● Grace Fabrics International reserves the right to cancel your order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, payment decline, or pricing inaccuracies.
